You should never underestimate the power behind making someone smile. 

I am so thankful for some of the amazing people I have in my life. There are a special few who, without fail, are always there for me to make me smile on those days where I need a helping hand. They don't always have the answers and they can't always fix anything for me, but they're there for me and encourage me and make me feel worth something. 

You never know what someone else is going through and yet people can be so quick to judge without really understanding. I think it is so important that rather than judging someone else, throw that negative energy into something positive. Make the effort to help others, even simply asking someone how they are. Even the smallest acts of kindness, the smallest friendly gestures can go a very long way to making someone else's day better. 

Let's all go out this week and try our hardest to make other people smile. Smiling is infectious - make those around you smile and you'll soon be smiling back!
